Ingredients: 1 kilo rose meat, or any type of beef cut, but not marinated; 12 limes; 1 onion, large, washed and disinfected; 100 grams fresh cilantro, washed and disinfected; salt; 5 tablespoons vegetable oil; salsa, of your choice; 12 tortillas, as needed

Cook the suadero with water, the juice of 2 lemons, the peels of the two lemons, and salt in the pressure cooker for 15 minutes. While the suadero is cooking, chop the cilantro, onion, and prepare the salsa of your choice. Set aside separately.
