1/2 onions, fileteada
1 cup cabbage, fileteada
1/2 cups white vinegar
1 cup water
2 tablespoons oregano
450 milliliters LALA® cream
400 grams Lala® panela cheese
1 cup green salsa
10 tostadas

Add to a bowl the leg, onion, cabbage, vinegar, water, oregano, and salt. Mix well and let sit for 25 minutes.
Serve the leg on tostadas and accompany with Crema LALA® and Queso Panela LALA® and a bit of green salsa.
