1 bottle cider
1 kilo ground pork
100 grams pine nuts
4 apples

1/4 cups olive oil

Using a syringe, inject the cider into the turkey (in the breast, legs, and thighs).
Fry the finely chopped garlic and onion until golden.
Add the meat, and when cooked, add the dried fruit and the remaining cider.
The turkey is stuffed with the stew and diced apple.
Spread butter, salt, and pepper all over the turkey and let it rest in the roasting pan for 3 to 4 hours.
Bake at 320°C until cooked.
