Delicious stuffed turkey with a sweet and sour pea filling made from pine nuts, pork, diced apple, among other ingredients that make this recipe a delight.

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 9 kilos turkey
  • 1 bottle cider
  • 1 kilo ground pork
  • 100 grams pine nuts
  • 4 apples
  • 100 grams raisins
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 2 onions
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • Using a syringe, inject the cider into the turkey (in the breast, legs, and thighs).
  • Fry the finely chopped garlic and onion until golden.
  • Add the meat, and when cooked, add the dried fruit and the remaining cider.
  • The turkey is stuffed with the stew and diced apple.
  • Spread butter, salt, and pepper all over the turkey and let it rest in the roasting pan for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Bake at 320°C until cooked.
