Try this delicious glazed ham with a sauce of pineapple, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard. The best part is that it will be very juicy and absorb all the flavors thanks to the Royal Prestige® 10.5” Novel Pan.
Melt the butter in a Royal Prestige® 10.5” Novel Pan over medium heat. Then, add pineapple juice, sugar, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup. Cook the glaze for 5 minutes or until slightly reduced. Set aside.
On a Royal Prestige® board, cut diagonal and horizontal lines in the ham with a 3 ½ Royal Prestige® Santoku knife; insert the knife about 5 mm so the glaze can penetrate.
Brush the ham with the glaze, place in a Royal Prestige® 10.5” Novel Pan, and drizzle a bit more glaze on top. Bake at 180 °C for 25 minutes. Baste every 15 minutes for a perfectly glazed ham.
When the pineapple and maple glazed ham is lightly browned, remove from the oven, place on a platter, and decorate with pineapple, fresh rosemary, and raspberries.
