Melt the butter in a Royal Prestige® 10.5” Novel Pan over medium heat. Then, add pineapple juice, sugar, Dijon mustard, and maple syrup. Cook the glaze for 5 minutes or until slightly reduced. Set aside. On a Royal Prestige® board, cut diagonal and horizontal lines in the ham with a 3 ½ Royal Prestige® Santoku knife; insert the knife about 5 mm so the glaze can penetrate.
