1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
2 tablespoons Splenda sugar Blend®
2 tablespoons butter, melted
300 grams puff pastry
1 egg, beaten for brushing

Preheat the oven to 220 °C.
Combine the apple, walnut, cinnamon, Splenda Sugar Blend®, and butter.
Roll out the puff pastry to form a rectangle, place the apple mixture along the edge of the pastry, fold the ends inward and roll it up.
Brush with the beaten egg and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the oven, let cool, and serve.
