Can you imagine an apple ring with cinnamon filled with cream cheese? This spectacular and original apple ring is perfect for sharing this Christmas, as it has a sweet cheese filling and a subtle cinnamon flavor, with bits of apple and nuts.
2 packages cream cheese, (380 grams) for the filling
1/2 cups sugar, for the filling
1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the filling
1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup raw sugar
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cups cow's milk
1 cup apple, cut into cubes
1 cup icing sugar, for the glaze
4 tablespoons cow's milk, for the glaze
1/2 cups walnuts, finely chopped

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
For the filling, in a bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar and vanilla extract. Place in a piping bag and refrigerate.
For the cake, beat the butter with sugar until creamy, add the eggs one by one, then the vanilla extract, gradually add the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, milk, and apple.
Pour half of the previous mixture into a previously floured and greased mold, using a spoon, shape a groove around the cake, add the cheese mixture, and pour the rest of the apple mixture, completely covering the cheese. Bake for 45 minutes.
For the glaze, mix the sugar with the milk until you obtain a thick glaze.
Cover the cake with the glaze and decorate with nuts.
