5-minute Rainbow Cake

  • 1/2 cups butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup flour
  • food coloring
  • Chantilly Wip® strawberry
  • rainbow sprinkles, for decoration
  • maraschino cherries, for decoration
  • 1 wafer rolls, for decoration

  • Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy, add the eggs one by one, the vanilla extract, the flour, and continue beating until well integrated.
  • Divide the mixture into 7 parts and color with vegetable dyes.
  • In a microwave-safe glass container, add one tablespoon of each color of the mixture, filling ¾ of the container. Bake for 90 seconds in the microwave. Cool.
  • Decorate with Chantilly Wip® strawberry, colorful sprinkles, cherries, and a cookie cone.
