Preheat the oven to 180°C, and the first thing we will do is put the 4 bars of cream cheese in a hand or professional mixer. We will mix until the bars are combined, then add the 4 eggs, cream, and vanilla, mixing again. After that, add the sugar and cornstarch and mix until it reaches a creamy consistency; it's ready.
For the base, we crush the cookies, add the butter, and mold it in a pan with the mixture.
Once we have the base, we pour the mixture and bake it in a water bath for an hour and a half to two hours. We take out the cheesecake and add the jam of your choice, and DONE.
