  • 250 grams margarine
  • 140 grams couverture chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 225 grams sugar
  • 120 grams flour
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup caramel

  • In a skillet, place the sugar with the water and vanilla essence, mixing over medium heat until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • Place the chocolate with the margarine and caramel in a double boiler.
  • On the other hand, put the eggs in a bowl and mix. Add the butter, chocolate, and caramel mixture, mix, and then add the flour.
  • Pour the batter into a mold greased with butter.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180ºC in a preheated oven. Check if it is cooked; in this case, unlike the rest, it should look dry on the outside, but if you insert a toothpick, it should come out with batter.
