Chocolate Marshmallow Fondant

  • 1 stick chocolate
  • 2 packages marshmallow
  • 500 grams icing sugar
  • 2 tablespoons edible glycerin

  • In a bowl over a water bath, melt the marshmallows together with the chocolate completely.
  • In another bowl, place the powdered sugar and add the melted marshmallows.
  • Gently incorporate until it forms a kind of dough. NOTE: It is very sticky!
  • Roll out to your liking to create shapes or to cover a cake.
