A delicious dessert for chocolate lovers, a bit of chocolate here, another there, chocolate everywhere, a rich chocolate cake chocolaty choco-laden.

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cups cocoa
  • 2 cups water, warm
  • 2/3 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 100 grams bittersweet chocolate, sugar-free
  • 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • chocolates, in bar, any brand you want
  • chocolates, colorful candied
  • 170 grams butter

  • For the cake: Preheat the oven to 180° degrees.
  • Mix the dry ingredients by sifting: sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda.
  • In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients: water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla.
  • Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ones until homogeneous.
  • Grease and flour several small molds or one large one.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • For the frosting: Melt the butter together with the dark chocolate.
  • Mix the powdered sugar, vanilla, and whipping cream.
  • Add the melted chocolate with the butter and mix with the other ingredients until achieving the desired consistency.
  • Once the cake is cool, unmold and cover with the frosting. Decorate with chocolate bars either whole or in pieces and top with the colorful candied chocolates.
