Preparation
For the cake: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients through a sieve or sieve: sugar, flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
In another bowl mix the wet ones: water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ones until they are homogeneous.
Grease and flour several small molds or one large.
Cook for 25 min or until when inserting a toothpick, it comes out clean when nailing it.
For the bitumen: Melt the butter along with the bitter chocolate.
Mix the icing sugar, vanilla and whipping cream.
Add the melted chocolate with the butter and mix with the other ingredients until the desired consistency is achieved.
Once the cake is cold, remove the mold and cover with the bitumen. Decorate with the chocolates in a bar, either whole or in pieces and cover with colored candied chocolates.
