Delicious Pineapple Upside Down Cake

Cake made with pineapple juice topped with pineapple slices and cherries. Excellent recipe and excellent presentation.

  • 250 grams butter
  • 110 grams sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons baking powder
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cups raw sugar
  • 6 chewy candies
  • 1 can canned pineapple

  • Beat the butter together with the sugar for about five to ten minutes.
  • Add the eggs one by one.
  • Add the condensed milk gradually.
  • Add the sifted flour together with the baking powder.
  • Grease a pan with butter. Sprinkle the pan with sugar, arrange the pineapple slices. Pour a little of the pineapple juice and the chewy candies on top.
  • Pour the cake mixture into the pan.
  • Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 50 to 60 minutes.
