Shrimp Ceviche

Delicious and fresh shrimp ceviche with lemon and chili. Serve with Milpa Real tostadas on hot days.

  • 600 balls shrimp
  • 3 lime, in its juice
  • 1 serrano chile, chopped
  • 2 Roma tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 drizzle fresh cilantro, fresh chopped
  • 1/2 bottles kosher salt
  • 1/4 bottles pepper
  • Milpa Real® tostada shell

  • Peel the shrimp and boil them in salted water. Once cooked, remove from the water. Place the shrimp in a bowl with lemon juice and let marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • After that time, add the onion, tomato, chili, cilantro, salt, and pepper. And refrigerate for a while longer.
