Blend the Huevo San Juan®, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, pancake flour, baking powder, and vanilla.
Pour the cake mixture into a 13 cm diameter round mold, previously greased with butter and flour. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C. Let cool for one hour.
For the frosting: Mix the butter with a hand mixer until completely softened, then gradually add the powdered sugar and continue mixing until you achieve a smooth and lump-free mixture.Divide the mixture into three; place half of the mixture in one container and divide the other half into two. Add black food coloring to one of them and mix well until incorporated, and to the other, add a little purple food coloring and mix well until you achieve a lilac color. Place the colored mixtures in piping bags with 2 mm tips. Set aside.
Cut the cake in half and reserve one of the halves. Place two tablespoons of the white frosting on the base of the cake and smooth it with a spatula, then add the peaches and place the other half of the cake on top. Cover the entire cake with the white frosting. Smooth it with a spatula and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Place the printed image you want on the mini cake on a tracing paper, run a toothpick over the image to mark the silhouette, but for this, your cake must be refrigerated, so you can easily carry out this process. Then, create the image using the black frosting with a piping bag.
Place the mini cake in a disposable mold or box and you can sell it with a colored candle attached to the lid.
