Blend the Huevo San Juan®, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, pancake flour, baking powder, and vanilla. Pour the cake mixture into a 13 cm diameter round mold, previously greased with butter and flour. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 °C. Let cool for one hour.
