The Potosino flavor of a good dessert. This delicious fluffy cake, moist with the mixture of three milks, with a rich chocolate flavor, decorated with fresh fruit of your choice will be everyone's favorite dessert at home.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 24-centimeter diameter baking pan, lining the bottom and sides with parchment paper.
Blend the condensed milk, evaporated milk, regular milk, brandy or rompope, and cocoa; set aside.
In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder and sift them. Set aside.
Beat the eggs and sugar for about 10 minutes, or until they turn pale. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and gradually add 1/3 of the flour and baking powder mixture; fold in gently and repeat the same procedure until all the flour mixture is incorporated.
Add the butter and vanilla extract; fold in using gentle movements.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 35 minutes or until the surface is golden.
Remove the bread from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes, unmold it, flip it over, and place it back into the pan.
Soak the still warm bread with the milk mixture and let it cool inside the pan.
Whip the cream and gently fold in the cocoa.
Unmold the cake and cover the entire surface with cream. Decorate with fresh fruit.
