  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cups strawberry jam
  • 1/4 cups strawberries
  • 1/4 cups chocolate, grated
  • icing sugar, for decorating

  • To make the crepe mixture: Blend the egg, flour, butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa until you have a smooth, semi-liquid mixture.
  • Heat a non-stick skillet, spray with cooking oil, and using a ladle, form the crepes, always using the same amount to ensure they are even. Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
  • For the filling: Mix the mascarpone cheese, strawberry jam, and chopped strawberries in a bowl. Spread the cheese mixture on the crepes, sprinkle with chocolate, and roll up, then dust with powdered sugar.
  • Cut into slices, serve with ice cream, and enjoy.
