160 grams 70% cocoa chocolate
100 grams butter
1/2 cups icing sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons flour

Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
Whisk the 2 eggs, the 2 yolks, and the powdered sugar until achieving a pale yellow color. Let the chocolate cool and then combine the two mixtures.
Add the sifted flour and mix by hand.
Place in greased and floured cupcake molds.
Cook for 7 to 9 minutes. Remove from the mold once a minute has passed since taking them out of the oven.
