Chocolate fondant

Chocolate cupcakes with the center filled with melted chocolate from my friend Mari, delicious!

  • 160 grams 70% cocoa chocolate
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
  • Beat the 2 eggs, the 2 yolks and the icing sugar, until a pale yellow color is achieved. Let the chocolate cool and then join the two mixtures.
  • Add the sifted flour and mix by hand.
  • Place in greased and floured cake molds.
  • Cook for 7 to 9 minutes. Remove from the mold once a minute has passed after removing them from the oven.
