160 grams 70% cocoa chocolate
100 grams butter
1/2 cups icing sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons flour

Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
Beat the 2 eggs, the 2 yolks and the icing sugar, until a pale yellow color is achieved. Let the chocolate cool and then join the two mixtures.
Add the sifted flour and mix by hand.
Place in greased and floured cake molds.
Cook for 7 to 9 minutes. Remove from the mold once a minute has passed after removing them from the oven.
