Preparation
Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
Beat the 2 eggs, the 2 yolks and the icing sugar, until a pale yellow color is obtained. Let the chocolate cool and then mix the two mixtures.
Add the sifted flour and mix by hand.
Place in greased and floured molds.
Cook 7 to 9 minutes. Remove from the mold once a minute has passed after removing them from the oven.
