Bittersweet Chocolate Brownies

A rich and delicious recipe for Christmas, these tasty brownies with chocolate and powdered sugar are ideal for family gatherings during this holiday season and New Year's.

  • 120 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 180 grams unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla essence
  • whipped creams
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • chocolate syrup, for decoration
  • icing sugar, for decoration

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350 F).
  • Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
  • In a mixer, place the eggs and beat until they have a pale yellow color. Gradually add the sugar and continue beating until thick. Add the vanilla, sifted flour, and coconut. Finally, add the chocolate (warm, not hot).
  • Place the mixture in a greased and floured baking dish.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan.
  • Cut the brownies into squares. On each square, place a bit of chocolate syrup and sprinkle powdered sugar to taste.
