No-Bake Brownies

These delicious fudge brownies with peanuts are incredible as they do not require an oven.

  • 340 grams semisweet chocolate
  • 1 1/4 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 3 cups cookies, finely chopped chocolate cream
  • 2 cups shredded coconut, more 2 tablespoons
  • 1 cup salted peanuts, more two tablespoons
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • In a tray, place parchment paper all over the bottom, leaving 2 centimeters overhanging on each side.
  • Heat the chocolate and evaporated milk in a double boiler, stirring until the chocolate melts and becomes smooth. Remove from heat and add the vanilla. Reserve 1/3 cup of this mixture.
  • In a bowl, combine the crushed cookies, coconut, peanuts, sugar, and salt. Add the chocolate mixture and combine well.
  • Pour the mixture onto the tray until everything is well covered and even. Pour the reserved 1/3 of the mixture on top. You can finely chop the remaining coconut and peanuts and sprinkle them on top. Refrigerate for 2 hours and remove the brownies from the tray using the parchment paper.
  • Remove the parchment paper and cut into 24 slices.
