Try these vanilla truffles covered with dark chocolate and M&M’S® 120 gr, which will add a crunchy and sweet touch to these truffles, perfect for sharing or watching football!
2 cups sugar free waffle biscuits, wafer cookies, remove the filling, just the cookie
2 cups peanut butter, low fat
1 cup M&M'S® Chocolates 120 gr
2 cups bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 cups M&M'S® Chocolates 120 gr

Grind the cookies in a processor. Then, add the peanut butter and mix until you obtain a compact mixture. Remove from the processor and set aside.
Place the mixture in a bowl, add the M&M’S® 120 gr, mix and form small balls. Place the truffles on a tray and freeze for 30 minutes.
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Place the truffles on a rack over a tray and coat with the melted dark chocolate. Add some M&M’S® 120 gr and refrigerate for 10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
Serve the M&M’S truffles in a bowl and enjoy.
