Ingredients: 2 cups sugar free waffle biscuits, wafer cookies, remove the filling, just the cookie; 2 cups peanut butter, low fat; 1 cup M&M'S® Chocolates 120 gr; 2 cups bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped; 1/2 cups M&M'S® Chocolates 120 gr

Grind the cookies in a processor. Then, add the peanut butter and mix until you obtain a compact mixture. Remove from the processor and set aside. Place the mixture in a bowl, add the M&M’S® 120 gr, mix and form small balls. Place the truffles on a tray and freeze for 30 minutes.
