Tequila Chocolate Truffles

Tequila chocolate truffles are a delicious recipe that can be served as a dessert, appetizer, or sweet treat. You can choose to omit the tequila if it's for children, and it's still very tasty.

  • 250 grams semisweet chocolate
  • 100 grams butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Tequila blanco, or reposado
  • 2 tablespoons cow's milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons chipotle chile in adobo sauce, ground
  • 15 walnuts, chopped and toasted
  • chocolate sprinkles, dark, milk, and white

  • Place the chocolate in a container, melt in the microwave for 2 minutes, and add the butter, stirring well.
  • Add the egg yolks, tequila, milk, and chipotles, mixing constantly. Once everything is combined, gently fold in the walnuts and refrigerate overnight.
  • To form the truffles, take portions with the palms of your hands and shape them into rounds.
