250 grams semisweet chocolate
100 grams butter
2 egg yolks
1 1/2 tablespoons Tequila blanco, or reposado
2 tablespoons cow's milk
1/2 teaspoons chipotle chile in adobo sauce, ground
15 walnuts, chopped and toasted
chocolate sprinkles, dark, milk, and white

Place the chocolate in a container, melt in the microwave for 2 minutes, and add the butter, stirring well.
Add the egg yolks, tequila, milk, and chipotles, mixing constantly. Once everything is combined, gently fold in the walnuts and refrigerate overnight.
To form the truffles, take portions with the palms of your hands and shape them into rounds.
