1 liter Santa Clara® whole milk
2 pasilla chiles, cleaned and soaked
1 stick cinnamon
1 Mexican chocolate tablet
3 tablespoons cornstarch

Blend whole milk Santa Clara® with pasilla chili.
Heat the previous mixture in a medium pot and add the cinnamon stick.
Add the table chocolate and cook until it melts.
Mix whole milk Santa Clara® with cornstarch.
Add the previous mixture to the pot and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened. Let it cool.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours.
