Frozen Chocolate Pops with Chili

Chocolate will never be the same with this delicious combination of chili and chocolate. Enjoy a hot afternoon with these table chocolate pops with a unique flavor twist; they are also super creamy.

  • 1 liter Santa Clara® whole milk
  • 2 pasilla chiles, cleaned and soaked
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 Mexican chocolate tablet
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch

  • Blend whole milk Santa Clara® with pasilla chili.
  • Heat the previous mixture in a medium pot and add the cinnamon stick.
  • Add the table chocolate and cook until it melts.
  • Mix whole milk Santa Clara® with cornstarch.
  • Add the previous mixture to the pot and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened. Let it cool.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 6 hours.
