Mixed Berry Tart

  • 325 grams flour
  • 180 grams butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • gelato De Frutti Di Bosco Neve Gelato®

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Mix the flour, butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt in the mixer until the mixture resembles sand, add 30 ml of water in the mixer and mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
  • Remove the dough, divide it into two parts and form two thick discs.
  • Place the dough on plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Put in the oven and brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  • Check after 20 minutes to see if the crust is golden.
  • Remove and let cool.
  • Place one disc in a tart pan at the bottom.
  • Fill with NEVE GELATO® Mixed Berry Gelato and cover with the other disc.
  • Serve immediately.
