Mix the flour, butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt in the mixer until the mixture resembles sand, add 30 ml of water in the mixer and mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained.
Remove the dough, divide it into two parts and form two thick discs.
Place the dough on plastic wrap and let rest for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Put in the oven and brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Check after 20 minutes to see if the crust is golden.
Remove and let cool.
Place one disc in a tart pan at the bottom.
Fill with NEVE GELATO® Mixed Berry Gelato and cover with the other disc.
Serve immediately.
