Easy Chocolate Mousse

It has never been so easy to prepare an exquisite chocolate mousse; this recipe only consists of melting the chocolate and whipping it. A preparation with just 3 ingredients, perfect for getting you out of any bind and making you look like an excellent cook.

  • 350 grams dark chocolate
  • 270 milliliters water
  • cherries, for decoration

  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  • In a pot, place the water and the chocolate. Place the pot on the stove and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted.
  • In another bowl, add enough ice, placing the pot with the chocolate on top of it. Whisk with a balloon whisk until the mixture thickens. Once it has the consistency of a mousse, decorate with some cherries and serve.
