It has never been so easy to prepare an exquisite chocolate mousse; this recipe only consists of melting the chocolate and whipping it. A preparation with just 3 ingredients, perfect for getting you out of any bind and making you look like an excellent cook.
In a pot, place the water and the chocolate. Place the pot on the stove and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted.
In another bowl, add enough ice, placing the pot with the chocolate on top of it. Whisk with a balloon whisk until the mixture thickens. Once it has the consistency of a mousse, decorate with some cherries and serve.
