It has never been so easy to prepare an exquisite chocolate mousse, this recipe only consists of melting the chocolate and beating it. A preparation with only 3 ingredients, perfect to get you out of any hurry and remain as an excellent cook.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 350 grams dark chocolate
  • 270 milliliters Water
  • to taste cherries, to decorate

Preparation

Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
In a pot, place the water and chocolate. Place the pot on the stove and heat over low heat while stirring, until the chocolate is melted.
In another bowl, add enough ice cubes, place the pot with the chocolate on top of it. Beat with a balloon whisk until the mixture thickens. Once it has the consistency of a mousse, decorate with cherries and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a martini glass.

TIPS

Use a chocolate for good quality pastries.
