Preparation
Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
In a pot, place the water and chocolate. Place the pot on the stove and heat over low heat while stirring, until the chocolate is melted.
In another bowl, add enough ice cubes, place the pot with the chocolate on top of it. Beat with a balloon whisk until the mixture thickens. Once it has the consistency of a mousse, decorate with cherries and serve.
