5 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener, for the sauce

1/2 kilos raspberries

Hydrate the gelatin in half a cup of water and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds until dissolved.
In a pot, mix and dissolve the cream with 1/4 cup of calorie-free sweetener.
Let the cream cool slightly and add the gelatin gradually until fully incorporated. Add the light yogurt and stir.
Grease a bundt pan (or individual molds) and pour in the mixture. Refrigerate until set.
To prepare a complementary sauce, blend the raspberries with 5 tablespoons of sweetener and 1/4 cup of water. Mix until a thick sauce forms and set aside.
Unmold the mousse and serve with the raspberry sauce.
