Light Yogurt Mousse

Easy Light Yogurt Mousse recipe made with cream, yogurt, and gelatin. A delicious dessert for the diet.

  • 1 liter low-fat sour cream
  • 1 liter light natural yoghurt
  • 1/4 cups zero-calorie sweetener
  • 4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 5 tablespoons zero-calorie sweetener, for the sauce
  • 1 cup fruit of the forest
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 1/2 kilos raspberries

  • Hydrate the gelatin in half a cup of water and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds until dissolved.
  • In a pot, mix and dissolve the cream with 1/4 cup of calorie-free sweetener.
  • Let the cream cool slightly and add the gelatin gradually until fully incorporated. Add the light yogurt and stir.
  • Grease a bundt pan (or individual molds) and pour in the mixture. Refrigerate until set.
  • To prepare a complementary sauce, blend the raspberries with 5 tablespoons of sweetener and 1/4 cup of water. Mix until a thick sauce forms and set aside.
  • Unmold the mousse and serve with the raspberry sauce.
