Mango Mousse with Ladyfingers

  • 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each)
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 3 cups mango, peeled, pitted, cut into cubes. Reserve 1 cup for decoration.
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 cups whipping cream, fry
  • 2 boxes ladyfingers, vanilla of 300 g each

  • Hydrate the gelatin with water. Microwave for 5 seconds to dissolve.
  • Blend the mango with the condensed milk. Set aside.
  • Mix the gelatin with the mango preparation.
  • Whip the cream in the mixer at medium speed until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually add the cream to the mango mixture in a folding motion, until well incorporated.
  • Place a layer of ladyfingers at the bottom of a springform pan. Place ladyfingers on the walls of the mold to form a wall.
  • Pour the mango mixture into the mold until filled.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
