3 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (7 g each)
5 tablespoons water
3 cups mango, peeled, pitted, cut into cubes. Reserve 1 cup for decoration.
1 can condensed milk
2 cups whipping cream, fry
2 boxes ladyfingers, vanilla of 300 g each

Hydrate the gelatin with water. Microwave for 5 seconds to dissolve.
Blend the mango with the condensed milk. Set aside.
Mix the gelatin with the mango preparation.
Whip the cream in the mixer at medium speed until soft peaks form.
Gradually add the cream to the mango mixture in a folding motion, until well incorporated.
Place a layer of ladyfingers at the bottom of a springform pan. Place ladyfingers on the walls of the mold to form a wall.
Pour the mango mixture into the mold until filled.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
