Condensed Milk Gelatin with Sherry and Lemon Center

  • 2 envelopes D’Gari® condensed milk gelatin dessert, 140 g
  • 1 liter cow's milk
  • 1 envelope D’Gari® sherry gelatin dessert, 140 g
  • 1 envelope D’Gari ® lemon flavored gelatin, 140 g
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 liter water
  • vegetable oil

  • Heat the milk and add the D’Gari® Condensed Milk Gelatin, set aside.
  • Heat one liter of water and add the empty D’Gari® Sherry Flavor Gelatin to a mold, and let it set in refrigeration for two hours.
  • Cut 1 circle smaller than the mold you will use, set aside on a greased tray with oil.
  • Heat one liter of water and add the D’Gari® Lemon Flavor Gelatin, mix, and pour into a mold. Let it set in refrigeration for two hours.
  • Cut 1 circle the same size as the sherry gelatin, set aside on a greased tray with oil.
  • Pour half of the condensed milk gelatin into a mold, refrigerate for 20 minutes, add the sherry gelatin circle in the center, and then the lemon gelatin circle on top.
  • Cover with the other half of the condensed milk gelatin, refrigerate for 2 hours.
