1 envelope D’Gari® sherry gelatin dessert, 140 g
1 envelope D’Gari ® lemon flavored gelatin, 140 g

Heat the milk and add the D’Gari® Condensed Milk Gelatin, set aside.
Heat one liter of water and add the empty D’Gari® Sherry Flavor Gelatin to a mold, and let it set in refrigeration for two hours.
Cut 1 circle smaller than the mold you will use, set aside on a greased tray with oil.
Heat one liter of water and add the D’Gari® Lemon Flavor Gelatin, mix, and pour into a mold. Let it set in refrigeration for two hours.
Cut 1 circle the same size as the sherry gelatin, set aside on a greased tray with oil.
Pour half of the condensed milk gelatin into a mold, refrigerate for 20 minutes, add the sherry gelatin circle in the center, and then the lemon gelatin circle on top.
Cover with the other half of the condensed milk gelatin, refrigerate for 2 hours.
