  • 90 grams butter
  • 2 units egg
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 10 grams flour

  • Shuck the corn by hand into a bowl.
  • Place the sweetened condensed milk in the blender, add the ingredients gradually, blending slowly until the mixture is fluffy and uniform.
  • Grease the mold with butter and dust it with flour.
  • Preheat the oven to 50 degrees, pour the mixture, and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. You can test the doneness with a wooden toothpick: if it comes out clean, the preparation is ready.
  • You can top it with cream, sprinkle it with powdered sugar or ground cinnamon. Enjoy it.
