In a mixer, mix the flour with the butter until a sandy dough forms.
Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix for 5 minutes until a dough forms. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 40 minutes.
Blend the 3 eggs, cream cheese, condensed milk, corn, flour, and vanilla. Set aside.
Roll out the dough and form circles approximately 7 cm in diameter, the size of your muffin mold.
Grease the mold with butter, and place the circles as shown in the video, prick the dough to let the steam escape. Fill with the blended mixture, ¾ of the mold. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Serve on a wooden board and accompany with coffee.
