Cornbread with Creamy Walnut Sauce

  • 90 grams Lala® butter, melted
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups Lala® milk
  • 3 cups corn kernels
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 250 milliliters Lala® table cream
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cups walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease and flour a baking dish.
  • Blend the egg, condensed milk, LALA® Milk, corn kernels, and melted LALA® Butter.
  • Mix in a bowl the previous preparation with flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla, and integrate perfectly.
  • Pour the mixture into the floured baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until well cooked.
  • Blend the LALA® Half Cream, sugar, walnuts, and vanilla.
  • Heat the mixture in a pan over medium heat until it thickens.
  • Serve the bread with the sauce.
