In an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until you achieve a fluffy cream.
Separate half of the cream and place it in a baking dish.
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a double boiler (place one pot over another pot with water so that the heat does not directly touch the chocolate and burn it).
Add the chocolate to the remaining cream mixture in the mixer and beat until you have a chocolate cream.
Heat the crepes in a skillet or griddle.
Take each crepe and fill it with half vanilla cream and half chocolate cream, then roll it up.
If you like, you can lightly heat the crepes before serving.
