30 grams unflavored gelatin powder, tasteless
1 double cream cheese
1 can evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1 can canned fruit coktail, to taste

Blend the cream cheese, evaporated milk, and the cup of sugar until well incorporated.
Separate the fruit from the syrup.
Place a layer of fruit in a mold or container. Heat the syrup over low heat and gradually add the gelatin, mixing well to avoid lumps.
Pour the syrup with gelatin into the mixture of cheese, milk, and sugar, and blend again.
Pour over the layer of fruit and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
