Cream Cheese Gelatin with Peaches

Delicious cream cheese gelatin with peaches, mangoes, or pineapple in syrup (fruit of your choice)

  • 30 grams unflavored gelatin powder, tasteless
  • 1 double cream cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can canned fruit coktail, to taste

  • Blend the cream cheese, evaporated milk, and the cup of sugar until well incorporated.
  • Separate the fruit from the syrup.
  • Place a layer of fruit in a mold or container. Heat the syrup over low heat and gradually add the gelatin, mixing well to avoid lumps.
  • Pour the syrup with gelatin into the mixture of cheese, milk, and sugar, and blend again.
  • Pour over the layer of fruit and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
