Crepes with Apple and Calvados

Crepes are a delicious dessert as long as they are filled with the right ingredients. This apple and apple brandy filling, called Calvados, is a delight.

6 green apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 cups sugar
5 tablespoons butter
1/4 cups apple brandy calvados

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the apple and sugar, cover, and cook for 10 minutes or until the apples are tender.
Remove the lid and cook for 10 more minutes until the apples start to caramelize. Add the Calvados and remove from heat.
Place 1/4 cup of apple filling in the center of each crepe. Roll the crepe and place in a Pyrex baking dish.
Sprinkle a little sugar over the crepes and bake for 5 minutes. Serve.
