Crepes are a delicious dessert as long as they are filled with the right ingredients. This filling of apple and apple brandy, called Calvados, is a delight.

Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the apple and sugar, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the apples are tender.
Remove the lid and cook for 10 more minutes until the apples begin to caramelize. Add the Calvados and remove from heat.
Put 1/4 cup of apple filling in the center of each crepe. Roll the crepe and place in a pyrex to bake.
Sprinkle some sugar on the crepes and bake for 5 minutes. Serve
