Mix the eggs and sugar until creamy, then gradually add milk, oil, and cactus puree, followed by the flour without overmixing. Place in cupcake liners and bake at 180ºC in a preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes. Let cool.
Beat the butter with the sugar until fluffy, add the cactus puree, and place the frosting in a piping bag. Decorate the cupcakes with this and you're done.
