These classic chocolate-covered pretzels are very easy to make. They also have a special mint touch that makes them a delicious holiday treat to gift or share.

300 grams semisweet chocolate, chopped
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 tablespoon coconut oil
100 grams white chocolate, chopped
1 bag pretzel

Melt the semi-sweet chocolate with coconut oil in a double boiler.
Remove from heat and add the mint extract. Stir with a whisk.
Dip the pretzels and place them on a wire rack. Allow the chocolate to harden for at least 3 hours.
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
Place the white chocolate in a piping bag or plastic bag and decorate the pretzels to your liking.
