Mint Chocolate Covered Pretzels

These classic chocolate-covered pretzels are very easy to make. They also have a special mint touch that makes them a delicious holiday treat to gift or share.

  • 300 grams semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 100 grams white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 bag pretzel

  • Melt the semi-sweet chocolate with coconut oil in a double boiler.
  • Remove from heat and add the mint extract. Stir with a whisk.
  • Dip the pretzels and place them on a wire rack. Allow the chocolate to harden for at least 3 hours.
  • Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
  • Place the white chocolate in a piping bag or plastic bag and decorate the pretzels to your liking.
