Tapioca with Milk

Tapioca with milk is a delicious dessert; here I share a recipe that has worked very well for me. This dessert is very easy to make and requires few ingredients.

  • 1 1/2 liters cow's milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 grams tapioca
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cinnamon

  • Boil the milks with the cinnamon stick and mix them together.
  • When the milks are hot, take out one cup and stir it with the eggs; this mixture is gradually added to the milks on the stove.
  • Once the milks and eggs are boiling and well combined, pour in the tapioca while continuously stirring to prevent it from sticking to the bottom and wait for it to cook. When the tapioca is cooked, add the teaspoon of vanilla.
