The tapioca with milk is a delicious dessert, here I share a recipe that has worked very well for me. This dessert is very easy to make, besides it has few ingredients.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 1/2 liters milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 grams tapioca
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 cinnamon

Preparation

Boil the milk with the cinnamon stick and integrate them.
When the milks are hot, take out a cup and stir it with the eggs, this mixture is added little by little to the milks in the stove.
Boiling and already integrated the milk and the orchards, empty the tapioca without stopping to move it to avoid that it sticks in the bottom and wait for it to cook. When the tapioca is cooked, add the teaspoon of vanilla.

PRESENTATION

It can be presented with any bittersweet fruit such as strawberry, peach, moña, etc.

TIPS

Let the tapioca soak overnight in water for quick cooking (15 minutes)

Me gusto muchísimo, dudaba un poquito de los huevos pero los licué y los incorporé a la mezcla. Quedó muy rica y a mi familia les gustó mucho. Tapé mi cacerola y tardó como 40 minutos aprox.
