Prepare the chocolates by putting each one on a plastic stick. Prepare a tray with wax paper.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
Cover the chocolates with the melted chocolate and add the colored sprinkles.
Place the chocolates on the tray and refrigerate them until the chocolate hardens.
