  • 2 cups vanilla cookies, ground
  • 1 cup Caramel popcorn, ground
  • 1 1/2 cups butter, melted
  • 2 envelopes D'Gari® flan vanilla flavor with caramel
  • 8 cups milk
  • 2 cups Caramel popcorn

  • In a bowl, mix the vanilla cookies, popcorn, and butter. Place in a ring lined with non-stick plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • In a pot, combine Flan D’Gari® vanilla flavor with caramel and milk, and heat for 5 minutes or until dissolved. Heat for 3 more minutes, remove from heat, and let cool for 20 minutes.When the flan mixture is cool but not set, transfer it to the mold with the cookie. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  • Place the flan on a serving plate, decorate with popcorn, and drizzle with the caramel from Flan D’Gari® vanilla flavor with caramel.
