In a bowl, mix the vanilla cookies, popcorn, and butter. Place in a ring lined with non-stick plastic and refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a pot, combine Flan D’Gari® vanilla flavor with caramel and milk, and heat for 5 minutes or until dissolved. Heat for 3 more minutes, remove from heat, and let cool for 20 minutes.

When the flan mixture is cool but not set, transfer it to the mold with the cookie. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
