352 milliliters evaporated milk, (1 can) for the flan
5 eggs, for the flan
1 cup chocolate syrup, for the flan
1 cup cocoa powder, for the flan
1 tablespoon vanilla essence, for the flan
1 1/2 cups cream cheese, for the flan
whipped cream, for decoration
strawberries, for decoration
white chocolate, grated, for decoration

Preheat the oven to 170° C.
For the caramel, heat the sugar with the syrup in a small pot over low heat, stirring occasionally, and cook until it forms a caramel. Pour the caramel into a flan mold and set aside.
For the flan, blend the condensed milk with the evaporated milk, the egg, the chocolate syrup, the cocoa powder, the vanilla, and the cream cheese.
Pour the previous preparation over the caramel, cover, and bake in a water bath for approximately 2 hours. Remove from the oven, cool, and refrigerate for 1 hour or until well chilled.
Unmold and decorate with whipped cream, strawberries, and a bit of grated white chocolate.
Cut a slice, serve, and enjoy.
