Easy Napolitan Flan

  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 5 eggs, whole eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 90 grams cream cheese

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  • Sprinkle the sugar at the bottom of the mold where you will bake it and caramelize it on the stovetop, then let it cool.
  • Blend all the remaining ingredients until well incorporated, then add to the mold that already has the cooled and hardened sugar.
  • Place it in the oven in a water bath (inside another mold with a little water) making sure no water gets into the flan. If you don't want it to brown, cover it with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 170° until you insert a knife and it comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool. Refrigerate, unmold, and serve cold.
