  • 110 grams butter
  • 9 grams baking powder, royal
  • 2 eggs

  • Heat a griddle. Meanwhile, form the gorditas by taking small balls of dough and flattening them.
  • Place them on the griddle and when the edges are brown, flip them and let the other side cook.
